Terms for sending flowers/gifts

Prices are in Indian rupees and the gifts are delivered with prices as lowest as possible.

The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 10:00 am to 8.00 pm.

If recipient is not at the given address the order is fully chargeable. Ashiqgallery.com reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
- Ashiqgallery.com will attempt delivery of the items as soon as possible. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked/refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Neither Ashiqgallery.com nor its enabling partners will be able to accept any returns of such items.
- A hand-made arrangement is always unique and may vary from the pictures presented at the website. However we will ensure that your bouquet is as close as possible to the description given. Ashiqgallery.com is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, weather conditions, incorrect addresses or acts of war. Ashiqgallery.com reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation. Ashiqgallery.com is not liable for more than the retail cost of item.
- Ashiqgallery.com will try its best for on time delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason will not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
- In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, Ashiqgallery.com will not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
- The items provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. Ashiqgallery.com does not give warranty, that the items offered will be exactly similar. We are not responsible for any defective item.
- Ashiqgallery.com assures the hand delivery of its products as specified in the website.
- Ashiqgallery.com will deliver exactly the same item displayed. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non-availability of products it reserves the right to deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar kind of product is not available, Ashiqgallery.com will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.
